VIP Booths

When making your booking, you’ll make a payment per person for the duration of your choice.

Upon arrival, our staff will return 80% of your payment back as a voucher to cover your food and drinks for your session!

Simply scan the barcode at your table, enter the code provided on arrival, and spend your voucher on anything your squad desires from our Tavern menu!

You’ll be greeted at Tavern Reception and staff will begin to prepare your semi-private playing booth. Start your experience by selecting the first games to play, from Nintendo Switch, Playstation, Xbox or the Fortress Board Game Library.

Whether you want to get competitive, try something new, or go nostalgic, our hosts will be on hand to offer top-ups and top tips

Please note, your booking includes a 10-minute set-up & pack down period so we can ensure you a premium experience whilst you look through our available games & consoles, or choose your first drink!

Peak pricing applies to our VIP Booths on Friday & Saturday nights – From 5PM until close, as well as public holidays.

During these times, we charge a higher price per person to make a booking, to make sure we can maintain a high level of service for this VIP offering, even on our busiest nights.

However, this means your food & beverage voucher grows too!

Regardless of peak timing, 80% off your total booking fee is returned to you as a voucher to cover all the hearty meals, cocktails, beers, desserts – or anything else from our Tavern menu! – that your group orders on the night!

Fortress requires an ID hold for booth bookings to ensure that all the controllers hired out for the duration of the booking are returned in good condition.

Reception staff use an internal system to link your ID to your booking, and upon the return of controllers to Reception, you will receive your ID back!

Our VIP Booths have a minimum of 4 guests and a maximum of 8 guests comfortably. For bookings of 9 or more, your group may be split across multiple booths instead.

Each booth comes with up to 4 game controllers for your console of choice!

You can, however, you will still be charged the price for a group of four.

While the minimum booking size we allow for VIP Booths is 4, we can accommodate smaller groups that are happy to be charged as if they were a group of 4.

Since you receive 80% of your booking fee back as a food and beverage voucher, this means that despite the smaller group, you’ll have more to spend on delicious meals, snacks, and drinks from our Tavern menu!

Of course! Under age guests are welcome at Fortress until 8PM. If your booking includes someone under the age of 18, please ensure your booking ends before 8PM.

Guests under the age of 18 are subject to our Minor’s Policy. Make sure the relevant venue’s policy before placing your booking.
